Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer胡元祥博士毕业于北京大学法律系本科，后获比利时根特 (Ghent) 大学欧洲法硕士学位，欧洲法博士学位。胡博士曾服务于荷兰诺达 (Nauta Dutilh) 律师事务所，为中欧企业的双向投资提供法律咨询服务。胡博士1991年6月加入荷兰ING银行，分别在贸易与大宗商品融资部，电讯，传媒与科技部，能源与矿产资源部工作。1996年派驻上海，2000年起派驻北京，分别任首席代表，分行行长。作为ING中国业务负责人之一，胡元祥博士负责和参与了多项大型贸易，基础设施，石油，矿产资源，及跨国并购交易的融资。
Dr. Jan Hu graduated from Peking University Law School with degree of Bachelor of Law and received Special License in European Law and Doctor in European Law respectively from Ghent University Law School, Belgium. Dr. Jan Hu served as Legal Adviser to the Dutch Law firm Nauta Dutilh, providing legal advisory services for bilateral investments involving Chinese and European companies. He joined ING Bank Head Office in the Netherlands in June 1991 and worked in Trade and Commodity Finance Department, Telecommunications, Media and Technology Department, and Energy and Mineral Resources Department. In 1996, he was seconded to Shanghai, and from 2000 onwards, stationed in Beijing, serving as Chief Representative and Branch Manager, respectively. As one of the key executives responsible for ING's operations in China, Dr. Jan Hu has led or involved in financing various large-scale trade, infrastructure, oil, mineral resources, and cross-border M&A transactions.

马秋阳，博士，国网能源研究院企业战略所研究员。主要从事电力市场化改革、绿电市场与碳市场协同等方面的研究工作，参与完成了全国统一电力市场的模式、路径和关键问题研究。同时，作为配合承担了国家发改委、国家能源局、国家电网公司等单位委托的多项课题研究。
Dr. Ma Qiuyang is a researcher at the Enterprise Strategy Institute of State Grid Energy Research Institute. She mainly focuses on research in areas such as power market reform, the coordination of green power markets and carbon markets, and has participated in the completion of studies on the key issues of a national unified power market. Additionally, she has been involved in multiple research projects commissioned by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, and China State Grid.
