Our speaker is Rebecca Piekkari, Marcus Wallenberg Professor of International Business at Aalto University, School of Business in Finland. Ms. Piekkari is an expert on the challenges and opportunities of managing people in multinational organizations. Her work focuses on diversity and inclusion; the changing role of headquarters and management activities; organization culture as well as management of multinational and multilingual teams.
