He is a member of the Technical Committee of China’s National Knowledge Management Standard Committee as well as a principle designer and writer of China’s National Standard of Enterprise Intellectual Property Management (GB/T29479-2013) and China’s National Standard of Scientific Research Organization Intellectual Property Management (GB/T 33250-2016).
